Skinny to the max

Everybody knows how thin the models nowadays have to be; Size zero.
This body image has been populair for a long time. I just can't seem to find out why it is so populair.
In a way everbody in the fashion world thinks that being a size zero is pretty. Most of the agency's will tell you: ''The only way you will become a succesfull model is, if you are a size zero''. Quite a few models get cought up in this ''image'' so much that they don't ever feel they are pretty or skinny enough. - Isabelle Caro.

I don't think being a size zero is pretty and I don't understand why it's pretty.
